1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

ARRANDETERRA is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The intended processing operations are:

Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other current or future electronic or physical means that enables commercial communications. These communications will be conducted by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has established promotional agreements. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.

Conducting market studies and statistical analyses.

Handling orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER’s website.

Sending the online newsletter about updates, offers, and promotions related to our activity.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

For the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: conducting market studies, statistical analyses, and handling orders, requests, etc., as requested by the USER.

2. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as legal requirements dictate their storage. Once no longer needed for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.

3. WHO WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes to our service providers involved in communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

Right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, as well as the right to limit or oppose its processing.

Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider the processing does not comply with current regulations.

4. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact forms or forms for downloading, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to attend to their request by the service provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modifications.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

5. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms, and has provided them with adequate information to exercise those rights.
